RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, & EXCHANGES
- Because each product we create has been custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products.
- Our processing time is very quick, so we often begin order processes the day the order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept cancellations.
- Our packages are shipped via USPS. In the continental US, First Class Mail Class typically takes 2-5 business days to arrive, Priority Mail typically takes 2-3 business days, and Priority Mail Express takes 1-2 business days.
- Our processing time is 1-2 business days. This is the time it takes us to hand make your order.
- We provide an estimated delivery date at checkout. This is not guaranteed, but is approximately when your package will arrive.
- International shipping times vary.
- Shipping addresses cannot be changed after the order has been placed.
- We do not reimburse for orders that are lost, stolen, or mis-delivered during transit.
- Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Order in advance if you need your order by a certain date.
- If a package is returned to us for any reason, it is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of the new shipping label.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
- Personalization changes made after an order is placed are not guaranteed, but message us ASAP to see if it’s possible.
- We do not create products or write gift messages that contain profanity.
- If we have any questions about your order, we will message you as soon as possible. If there is no response within 48 hours, we will move forward with your order using our discretion.
ORDER ISSUES + ERRORS
- Contact us via email at hello@simplesentimental with any questions, comments, or concerns about your order. Be sure to include your order number so we can locate it!
- If there is an issue or error with your order, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery.
- If your item was damaged in transit, send us a photo of the item and the packaging it came in within 48 hours of delivery.
