QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS ABOUT YOUR ORDER

  • Contact us via email at hello@simplesentimental with any questions, comments, or concerns about your order. Be sure to include your order number in the email so we can locate it!
  • If there is an issue or error with your order, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery.
  • If your item was damaged in transit, send us a photo of the item and the packaging it came in within 48 hours of delivery.

CHANGES TO AN ORDER

  • If we have any questions about your order, we will message you as soon as possible. If there is no response within 48 hours, we will move forward with your order using our discretion.
  • Personalization changes made after an order is placed are not guaranteed, but email us as soon as possible to see if it’s not too late

RETURNS, REFUNDS, & EXCHANGES

  • Because each product we create has been custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products.

SHIPPING

  • Shipping addresses cannot be changed after the order has been placed.
  • If there is an issue with your order (ex- product defect, incorrect item, etc), we must be notified within 48 hours of the package being delivered. Please reach out to us via email with your order number by emailing us at hello@simplesentimental.com
  • We do not reimburse for orders that are lost, stolen, or mis-delivered during transit. 
  • If your item was damaged in transit, please send us a photo of the item and the packaging it came in within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier.
  • Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. We recommend ordering in advance if you need your order by a certain date.
  • If a package is returned to us for any reason, it is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of the new shipping label.
