SHIPPING

  • Each of our products are shipped with USPS unless otherwise specified. Each of these shipments will come with a tracking number
  • We typically take 1-2 business days to process your order and create your item before shipping it
  • Once the order has been marked as delivered, Simple & Sentimental is no longer responsible for the package. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact USPS with any questions or to file a claim on lost or stolen packages.

REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, AND CANCELLATIONS

  • Simple & Sentimental does not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of our products. Each product is made to order and customized.
  • Cancellations are not guaranteed, but if you contact us as soon as possible and we have not starting making your order, we can potentially cancel and refund the order
