Company Recognizes Employees During COVID-19 Pandemic with Custom Gift Boxes

BH Management, a multifamily real estate owner and operator with corporate offices in Des Moines, Dallas, and Atlanta
THE SCENARIO
BH Management found Simple & Sentimental online and asked if we could create a custom gift box to recognize some of their employees. These gift boxes would be sent to their assistant managers to thank them for all of their hard work, especially in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.
THE SOLUTION
The client provided their branding guidelines and chose the wording for the box lid. We put together a gift box reading “You are awesome. Thank you for all that you do!” The gift box included an insulated wine tumbler featuring their logo and a self-care item.
THE RESULT
There was so much buzz around the boxes once they started arriving, that leaders in another region decided to send gift boxes to their assistant managers as well. After receiving such great feedback, BH Management has continued to order custom gift boxes from Simple & Sentimental to celebrate their all-star regional leaders, work anniversaries, and mentees in their regional mentorship program.
