THE CLIENT

Haley Manning Photography, a wedding photographer based in Greenville, NC.

THE SCENARIO

The owner, Haley, contacted Simple & Sentimental to develop a unique gift to give clients when they book her to shoot their wedding photos. She expressed how she cared about impressing her clients from the start with a gift, but often procrastinated on sending gifts because of her busy work schedule. She wanted us to design, develop, and fulfill gift box orders for her clients so she could spend her valuable time focusing on her business.

THE SOLUTION

Haley had recently rebranded her business and shared her new logo, fonts, and colors with the Simple & Sentimental team. We developed unique gift ideas and designs based on her new branding. Once gift ideas were confirmed, we presented tiered gift box options based on the package each wedding client selected. Now, each time Haley books a new client, she simply sends us their shipping address and personalization details, and we take it from there.

THE RESULT

Haley received positive feedback on the gifts immediately. When she met up with a couple after they had received their gift box, the first thing the groom said to her was how much he loved the practical gift and how he used his new tumbler every day. These gifts not only made her clients feel appreciated and kept her top of mind, they helped spread the word about her business. When clients receive their gift boxes, many of them snap a photo and share it on their Instagram story thanking Haley for the kind gift.

“THANK YOU SO MUCH!! Such a relief to not have to handle this on my own anymore!!! I am BEYOND thankful! You guys are lifesavers and it’s cleared up so much more of my time and energy. It’s literally perfect and matches my new branding SO WELL!!”  -Haley Manning
