THE SCENARIO

The client wanted to give their donors a custom Christmas ornament for their annual donors gift in December, 2020.

THE SOLUTION

The client provided the logo and our team created the custom ornament shape and a custom keepsake gift box for the ornament. We then manufactured the ornaments and keepsake gift boxes in-house, then added in a custom designed gift message thanking recipients for their generosity. The client provided the shipping addresses for each recipient. We were able to import the addresses into our shipping software and proactively check for any invalid addresses to prevent mis-delivered or returned ornaments once we shipped them out. We had the almost 300 ornaments shipped before the end of November to ensure recipients would have them before Christmas.

THE RESULT

The client received positive feedback from the recipients as soon as ornaments started arriving. One recipient loved their ornament so much, they reached out and placed an ornament order of their own. The shiny purple acrylic helped show off their Pirate Pride on the Christmas tree, and the personal message made recipients feel appreciated.
